Building the Plank

Once the sanding has been done the plank is of the desired thickness and shows a smooth surface. The surface does not have any burrs and even the smallest irregularities have been removed with precision. The next step is to join the planks. This can be done by creating appropriate slots at the sides in a facing manner and then fitting wood pieces in them. The sides are also attached using a glue and additives to provide better support and strength. Once the glue has dried the surface is applied with varnish or other polishing features for giving it a uniform and smooth finish. Hence, the table Sapele Mahogany Top is ready to liven your home.
